One Final task for Ponting;Ricky Ponting announces retirement

Ricky Ponting, Australia's 366th Test player and 42nd Test captain announced that the Perth Test against South Africa starting from Friday will be his last.
Former Australian captain Ricky Ponting on Thursday announced that he will retire from Test cricket after playing in the third Test against South Africa which begins from Friday.

"A few hours ago I let the team know that this upcoming Test will be my last," Ponting said .
